crawlins,
I have never seen that question asked once since I started reading this forum.

Everyone wants to go the other way with trucks it seems.

I am sure it exists somewhere, but I am at a loss for where to start looking.

i would lift it, if it was a 4x4. but its not, its a 2wd dually. plus its my experience that an 8000# truck doesn't work so well in mud. that and this is my tow rig. thanks

belive it or not there is one running around here. only thing it is a chevy. it is a crew cab and whoever it is runs two fat tires in back instead of the duals. it look pretty neat but i can't see some one towing with it. this one looks like more of a show truck then anything else.

Being a tow rig, it makes less sense to lower it, due to the fact that the trailer will make it drop more, and then gives you new problems, like tire rub, and such. If you don't tow all that heavy, then it isn't as much an issue, but someone says tow rig to me, and I think a minimum a car hauler, which can get to be over 4000 lbs easily, usually more than that. Mines a tow rig too, the whole reason I have it, but I would never consider a drop, as I pull over 10,000 behind it every so often as well. I have no issue with guys wanting to lower their trucks, but it essentially turns them into cars... It isn't something I would want to do anyway, but that is my choice.

Hey, if he wants to lower it...let him lower it. I would jack it up till it hits a plane or somethin, lol! I saw a slammed down diesel dually once and it 'bout broke my heart.
