Hey, I'm thinking of swapping the 455 from my '69 toronado
-JUST KIDDING! Seriously, as it begins to warm up here, (MN)
I once again find myself contemplating sprucing up the appearance
of my beast. Does anyone have any idea where I might find the
side trim for the bed? Mac, LMC, Dennis Carpenter have all been
unable to help. Any Ideas? I may just take all the trim off.
Thanks,
Scott
Do you have a short bed or long bed? I have the trim off of a '69 short bed I'll part with. It's in decent shape, needs cleaning and a piece or two have some small dents that are easily fixed.
Thanks, but it is a long bed. I'm also missing the right rear
cab trim. The little piece back of the door.
I have a feeling she'll end up without any trim at all.
I have been seeing a lot of trim and moulding showing up on Ebaymotors lately. I have a 67 F100 shortbed with the trim removed and all holes welded up. Looks pretty sweet. Longs do look good dressed out though.
Thanks everyone, I've looked at some photos, and I think
I'm gonna remove all the trim. You're right Dan, it does
look pretty good without it. I've still got the chrome
wheels from a '92, so I've got all the flash I need.
