02 4.6 EGR insufficient flow code

02 4.6 EGR insufficient flow code

I have replaced the EGR vale,DPFE, and removed the upper intake and cleaned the ports. I am STILL getting the code for insufficient flow. HELP!, I gotta get thisthing inspected!

Have you done any testing to actually diagnose the problem?

other than standard diagnostics check?...no. I've gone through the steps one at a time; cleasn egr, clean intake, change dpfe, change egr, etc..... I have gone to two different individuals to run checks; both the same.

What about the tube from the exhaust manifold to the EGR valve?

that I haven't tried yet. Is it an open shot to the exhaust? I'll try running a coathanger through it. Thanks, I'll let you know if that gets it.

tube and connector were clean and open all the way into exhaust manifold. double checked vacuum between egr and dpfe and it was good. any other suggestions would be helpful
