So, for around $500, what is the life expectancy/warranty of the product? Sooner or later, I'll have to fix the damage caused by the slide-in liner & don't want the same problem in 6 months.
AL.
ive used mine alot for hauling stone, lumber, gravel, etc. all my buddies make fun of me because it looks like ive never put anything in the bed. id never put a slip in liner again. i think they are junk and harm the vehicle not protect it
i cant remember what the warranty is (limited lifetime i think) but its good. but even if you damage it bad the line-x dealer told me years down the line if i damage it he could go back over it and make it like new again for $100
That's just what I wanted to hear. Not some guff like "We have to strip the old liner out for $300 then charge another $500 to spray in the new one."
Thanks Much.

Well bein a jeep my purpose was to make it pretty much all weather. I plan to run it all summer with the top off. There will be some cargo in the box but not like I'd put in my pickup. Now if I can just get all the grit out of my dash and electrical switches I'll be set to go.
im sure they would do it... im getting the underbody of my spitfires done at my local line-x guy... all we have to do is take it to him and show him where we want it sprayed and he can quote us.... we mite get my dads cherokee floor done too....
A spray in liner won't fly out either. At my old work we had a Dodge supercab and the screws came out of the back of the slip in liner. At anything over 120, the bottom of the liner would be sticking up past the top of the tailgate. Sure discouraged tailgaters!

I was told lifetime, so long as I had it cleaned up rust wise, otherwise no guarantee.

I wouldn't expect them to, they didn't do the sandblasting. Besides, I've stripped it all out and blown out as much of the grit as I can, just need to put it all back together.
Which is the plan for thurs.
Mine was under $500 incl taxes before I left BC last summer. SB and over the rail. My box was badly damaged by a former slide in as well as 87 (count-em) holes from a former 5th-wheel, former propane conversion, about four battery boxes and other holes drilled in there by the former owner for whatever reason. The shop in Kelowna said it was the worst one they had ever done. It covers the holes without welding although they say if I happened to push something sharp directly onto where a hole used to be, it could potentially puncture. Hasn't happened yet tho ... it looks excellent and has stood up very well for a year now.

I had to trim around one of the seat bolt holes. It's pretty tough stuff. I think I'm definitely going to get the pickup done when I've saved up again.
