Door Entry Codes
My son-in-law just picked up a used 05 f-150 with the keypad for the doorlocks. He didn't get the code to utilize it however. I know on my 00 expedition it was located under the dash by the pedals but I couldn't find his. Any body know where this is ??

Do a search and check for the location of the master door lock code. It is stuck in a few different location on the trucks. I've seen this info before in the threads. Dealer will want to charge you for the free info. Or if he got the owners manual, the location of ther master code and how to reproigram with his own code is in there.

the dealer can hook up there wds or there ids and retreive the factory code it takes very little time

I had the same problem when I bought my 2005 F150 FX4. I took mine to the dealer and they hooked it up to the computer and got it that way. They didnt charge me becuase I had bought it from them. Hope this helps. Good luck
