i just got a 72 f100 for free from some old man. it has a locked up 460 in it. it is in a lot better shape bodywise anyway than my 79 i was wondering how hard it would be to put my 460 in it. i know i will have to change the oil pans out but what would i do with the dipstick on the one that runs it is in the front and the other is on the side. And how hard would it be to put my cd player in there it looks like it would be a pain
[font color=red size=2]If you are talking an in-dash CD player, it's not too bad, if you're ok with cutting up your dash. My little brother just used a jig saw and cut the hole out big enough for the CD player. Be careful not to cut it too big, it's easier to make the hole a little bigger than make it a little smaller.;-)
