Try Bulldog (http://www.bulldogsecurity.com/). I'm almost positive they have one for a '03 F-250.

don't really need a T harness. I usually grab my wires on the back of the Fuse Box. Just remove the four 10mm bolts and the box comes out so you can access the 5 Ignition wires and the brown parking light wire. Makes for a cleaner install. You can mount the brain just above the fuse box just below the headlight switch.
