Tonight is a BBQ'ed Pork Roast with a couple (Fresh "Peaches and Cream" variety) of Corn on the Cob from Medicine Hat AB, with Buttered & Garlic'd mashed potatos (skin on).

The roast should be done in an hour or so.

*Note: My guard dogs are prowling the yard looking for intruders

well depending on how you like yer tater tots? baked? fried?
if you got some garlic salt just sprinkle a little on and then bake 'em.
OR
fry them and sprinkle it on afterwards.

We're having sea scallops tonight, with some steamed veggies along with garlic mashed potatoes...again. Since I cooked too much last night.

I prefer to use Garlic powder instead of garlic salt.

It is less hard on the body.

BTW, I finished up with a fresh cut up Pineapple and fresh Raspberries from the garden.

This is probably the best meal I've had in weeks.

The difficult part was having the dogs stare up at me and waiting for me drop some a morsel BUT, I getting better at not dropping any

I don't feed my dogs human food so they got the regular Premium dog food with a Chicken Jerky as a bonus.

It's hard to read this thread sometimes without my belly growling. My honey and I seperated about a month ago and I never learned how to cook.

Now don't get me wrong, I can whip up a helaciuos dish of ramen noodles, I can also dial the pizza place like nobodies business. Just sometimes, pizza and whiskey sours' make no match to a home cooked meal.

But enough of my boo hoo'ing. Somebody e'mail me some food!!!!!!!!!!
