97 F150 Will not Start?

97 F150 Will not Start?
Truck Ran great for me Friday night no abnormalties, Then I got in the truck this morning and I heard some relays clicking and tried to turn the motor over and nothing. Then I put a meter on the battery and it had good voltage "new battery" checked the connections, good checked all the fuses they all looked good checked the battery during ignition and no drop. The starting solonoid chatters alot, so I changed that and still nothing.
Any Ideas????

Assuming the battery is still good, your problem will likely be one of the folowing:
Battery cables, a bad connctor, faulty starter motor, faulty starter relay.
You'll have to test the system and components to see what's working and what isn't.
