How do I get ignition switch cylinder out
95 E350 diesel. Radio and cigarette lighter work sporadically. I think it's something loose in ignition switch. How do I get the outer piece where the key fits in, off so I can pull the plastic cover which I assume I'll need to do to pull the cylinder out to analyze what's wrong. Thanks.
