Ok here's the short story - 1994 F250 4x4. Put brand new rims and tires on, not long after that noticed a vibration under braking. Not consistent, worse under high speed or hard braking, but almost unnoticeable under lower speed or light braking sometimes. I've tried just about everything - new rotors (turned on the truck), new brake pads, tires road force balanced, new front shocks, had the truck on a frame lift and the suspension seems OK. Any suggestions? Could it be the brand new tires?? BTW Yokohama Geolandar A/T 285/75-16 (33" tall).
Check the previous post as he had a tire failure with that brand of tire.
I had General's AmeriSteel 9.50 x 16.5" years ago that delaminated with a growing 4" blister and the truck shuttered under hard braking due to that bad front tire. This was a 2,100 mile General tire, ask truckers about them "Generally get ya killed" tires.

Sorry for the delay, after further investigation turns out the 1/4" wheel spacers on the rear were the culprit. Still not sure how, but after taking them off - 99% vibration free.
I have a virbration in my 92 F150 4x4 so bad it shakes the truck... its mostly a pulsing then a vibrating really i guess.... i was thinking maybe have the rotors turned?

It could be caused by a multiple worn parts.
Pulsing on the brake pedal is caused by warped rotors, replace brake pads and turn rotors. make sure to pack wheel bearings and replace inner seal. Pack the inner spindle bearings and replace these seals. Check the ball joints and front axle u-joints.
Vibration could be caused by worn parts or play, verify and check the following:
Inpect the tie rod ends.
Check the steering gear box for play.?
Check the steering gear box mounting bolts are tight.
Check radius arm bushings for wear or crack.
Check gear coupling assembly (aka rag joint) on the steering column rod for play.
Check the stabilizer bar bushing.
Inspect the front wheel. (the front wheel bearings for play)
Inspect the ball joints (upper and lower joints).
Verify correct tension on power steering belt. (tighten belt if neccessary).
