better gas millage
Hi all I'm new to this site just found it today I have a 2004 250 v10 crewcab short bed 4x4 I have done nothing to it other than put a little bigger tires on it, what can I do to get better gas millage I don't know anything about cars, truck ect. I just drive and tow my bass boat so anything will help thanks
