Flat-bed
Well I've had the idea for quite some time that I'm going to get a box built for my truck. I'd love to have a matching box rather than a flat bed but there like trying to find a needle in a haystack around here. I was thinking aluminum side up it the bottom of the aluminum level with the bottom of the cab and a rounded cut around the the wheel. The have it go back and flow right into a bumper too (one peice) and put the LED round tal lights out of trucks and traillers as tail lights. And have square holes cut in the aluminum for side boards. And the floor wooden. I know there are probably a few of you who know what I'm trying to say and others you are thinking "what the hell is he talking about?"
I'm looking for opinions on this idea and pictures of anyone else's designs for one would be great.
BTW My truck is running dual stacks so that may make the home made box look a little more at home.
The truck is going to look nice some day. paint and body work in the fall, so I don't want this flat bed half assed.
