Looks like a Ranger, I’ve always wondered why some ’67 Rangers have the side “spear” along with the rocker molding and wheelwell trim while other Rangers are missing the “spear”.

The body side molding was a seperate option from the Ranger Package at $32.30. I note that the Ranger package was a $225.30 cost option.
