Like I said I've called all the local (within 50 miles) salvage yards and none had one. The cousin said he found a new one in Atl and it'll be here tomorrow.
The numbers are F0TF-12A650-N2A so which one is the Ford number, and which one is the program codes? The caps were identical as I took them with me because I wasn't sure about one of the numbers, it looked like an 8 and then different light looked like a 9. They matched them and it was an 8.
Thanks for the help SF!

The F0TF-12A650-N2A is a part number, not the Program Code.
F0 means that the part was first used in 1990.
All PCMs have the 12A650 in the center for all years of PCM.
Most online suppliers would list this as an F0TF-N2A if they list by part number, rare.
Most online suppliers would sell in there listing by Program Code only.
Make sure the one you buy has the same Program Code.
