93 f-150 abs problem
i've got a 93 f-150 and the abs light is flashing and the brake lights don't work i've replaced the switch on the pedal and all the fuses are good. the light is flashing 15 times then it will pause and flash 15 more times and it does this over and over. any suggestions?

The flash pattern of your abs light would seem to be a code. I'm at work , otherwise I'd try to look it up for you. Try calling the local dealership and ask them what a code fifteen would be for the brake system.

The first thing you have to do is get the stop lights working. The ABS will not work if it does not receive a signal from the stop light switch. You should have 12v at one of the wires connected to the stop light switch at the pedal. If not then you could run a wire from the fuse. Once you have the stop lights working disconnect the battery for about 30secs to reset the ABS computer and the light should stop flashing.
