1994. Then it would have a one piece rear oil seal. You have to remove the driveshaft and transmission (you could remove the engine, but the tranny easier) Remove the flexplate and then you will see the seal. Remove it and reassemble in reverse of order.
A few tips - you may have a groove worn in your crankhaft. Resetting the seal deeper or installing a speedi sleeve will workaround or fix this problem. Do nothing and chances are the replacement seal will leak in a very short time as its lip will ride up and down on the existing groove and wear quickly.
also if you have multipule grooves / wear points from the old seal, then you should check your crankshaft end play.
Sure it's the seal leaking and not the oil pan bolts working loose ? I've got a 95 E150 with a 150K mile 351W and it's oilpan bolts worked loose, even to the point where one fell out. I tightened all I could access and replaced the missing one and cured the leaks.
