ac/heater wiring help

I need help ive searched the forum, page after page, even posted in the wiring forum to no avail. I have 2 plugs I cant figure out, I looked in my haynes and chiltons manuals again to no avail. I have my 76 F-250 it has heater/ac/dual tanks setup, its all plugged in except 2 plugs driving me crazy. 1 is a thick gauge brown wire with white male plug and the other has 2 red wires/blk stripes going to a white female plug,I got no clue where these go, Ive looked and looked.

I know the thick orange wire coming from the heater label on fuse block plugs into the thick orange wire coming from my blower switch thats what my manuals show but those other 2 plugs Im clueless. They are coming from the passenger area under the dash where the blower and all are, thats all plugged in though.Where do they go or are they extras?

The red/black wire should go to the blower resistor.

Where does this large brown wire originate from and you're sure it's not really an Orange wire ?

Im positive ,ill try and explain better, sorry. Ok the wiring coming from under the dash on the passenger side where the blower and all is, the ac/ harness its all plugged in under there, but it comes over to under the dash where the heater/ac controls are ,its all plugged in, except 2 plugs, the brown wire -white male plug, and the 2 red wires/blk stripes -white female plug. Its puzzled me, I might have to look on another truck with this same setup and see where they go.

They could be for anything

Ford made their 14401 main harnesses Plug & Play ready for options.

I'll look at a schematic.

EDIT:

There is a single red/black wire coming from the AC mode switch.

There looks to be a single Brown wire ( or Orange as it's hard to tell from the smudge of the ink for the letter) coming from the AC mode switch.

these wires are under the dash right behind the a/c-heater controls.See the main harness has a connector goes to the blower fan switch and the blower fan switch has a thick orange wire coming off of it with a male plug and it plugs in to the thick orange wire female plug coming from the heater side, fuse box.The harness in the pic, comes from under the passenger area where the blower motor and all is, and comes up behind the ac/heater controls ,the connectors shown are the big black one goes to the ac compressor clutch switch ,but the other 2 im clueless. One is the brown wire male plug the other 2 red wires/blk stripe, going into a female plug.I thought maybe they plug in to togther?I know they have to do with the a/c.The brown wire with male plug is coming off the plug for the a/c compressor clutch switch .The 2 red wires/blk stripes,go back over to the under the passenger area where the blower motor and all are and go into 2 plugs, one of which goes to a relay, or resistor under the passenger area.

The Ford wiring diagram states that what replied with above it what they are for.

They are for .....The A/C MODE control switch.

If Dennis's schematic don't help I can take my control switch panel out and take a picture of everything behind it if need be.

From the schematic.

The Red/black wires run from the AC MODE switch over to the Heater resistor and to the Heater control switch (blower)
The Red/black circuit is denoted by red line.
I'm trying to figure out that Letter just above the red X.
Is it a B or an O ?

It appears from the schematic that these 2 connections just plug into each other
