Towing relays

I just did some towing this weekend with my 2003 FX4. I put the relays in the fuse box so the trailer lights work. Can I leave the relays in all the time, or should I take them out? I tow sometimes.

Once installed, just leave them in.

No need to remove them in normal operation.
