Electrical Gremlins
I Have A 2002 F-150 Supercrew. When It Rains The Electrical Components Goes Haywire. If U Turn The Truck And Take The Key Out, The Fan Still Runs. The Gauges Go To The Right And Back, Relays Click And So On.the Engine Will Not Start While It Is Doing This. It Kills The Fire Or The Fuel One. You Can Take Out The #15 Fuse And It Will Start, And The Relay Clicking Will Stop, But The Cruise Will Not Work Or The Interior Lights Won't Either. After The Truck Has Dried Out For A Couple Of Days,all Is Fine Until The Next Rain. Any Help?

You have water in the fuse box under the dash from a leaking windshield. Sometimes water gets into the GEM (Generic Electronic Module) which attaches to the back of the fuse box. The cure is to get the windshield resealed and replace the fuse box. You can try drying it out with a blow dryer but, if that doesn't cure it, it will have to be replaced.
