right above your post, there will be a small box "post reply" right above that in the blue bar that goes across the top, click on "User CP". it will take you to your control panel. this is the same place where you modified your signature, and maybe even a gallery, i didnt check to see if you did. anyhoo, click on "edit avatar" and you can browse your computer for a file to hook to your avatar. one thing that sucks is that they have to be 60x60 pixels or less, so it should be that size. i like to link mine off of my photobucket site.
