I have given it a few days now and after the Sonnax install,I can not tell any difference in the shifts at low speed, but for sure on WOT. But, I have a one or two second lost of power befor the shift, and then boom, whip lash and go. What is causing the pause now? It is even more noticable with the TC lock up switch!

I am running a Super Chips with the Sonnax. Can that cause this or other proplems? Where is the solenoid pack and how hard to change?
Do you have the power loss at the shift point, without the Super Chips? I had the same problem with a SCT tuner when I tried to adjust the shift pressures.

No change at stock. Power loss just before shift and ....boom, next gear. Is this the silonod pack? If it is, I have to undo that #$^*^& 5" exhaust again to get at the plug.
This happened on the first test drive after the sonnax install. What would or can cause the silonod pack to go bad?
It is only "bad" under WOT and I can live with it for a while. Can this cause other dammage?
what superchips do you have? I don't think it has to do with the solenoid pack at all, other wise it probably would just flat out not shift. Can you give a quick synopsis of what you did. Is it possible that there is dirt or debris in the Valve body? I noticed when I first installed mine that I had a ton more torque during take off, and at speed shift were firmer but no power loss at all. Did you install the new accumulator valve as well the springs for the shift points? I just cant see how the springs are causing the loss power you are experiencing. That would be in the programming side of things releasing the pressure prior to the shift. Unless the valve body isn't on correctly or maybe a bolt missing or not torqued down properly. Did the gasket tear at all when you dropped the valve body?

Super Chips 1705, not sure what hp the three settings are, it came with the truck. I installed the sonnax with all three springs, cleaned with brake cleaner, air dried, sun dried. I followed the torque settings that were in the instructions. Flushed the tq and system and refilled system with Amsoil syn.
Know for what I remember that I did not do. I did not clean the vb until after I installed the accumulator and springs. Impatient, I know. I do not remember a gasket at the vb. I did pull out the old O ring to change the filter.
what TC lockup switch did you use? It is the same one from dfuser? Did you install it at the same time? I'd try disconnecting that, disconnect the batteries for a bit to clear the codes and memory. I am willing to bet that it is a .427 valve, as it looks to be the same kit I used to have.

I did the TC switch first and it did not have this problem but I will unplug it and the batterys today. Thanks.
