I was lucky and got myself some 3A Racing seats with harnesses as I will be doing some heavy off roading in a few months, and I am wondering how to go by installing them. They were a gift, so I have no instructions and what not.
I have a 79 Bronco. My question is, do I use the original rails and bolt the new seats on those? The new seats have thier own sliding rails.

Not likely if the harness attaches to the seat frame. The Ford sliders only have a small detent holding the seat in position. Aftermarket sliders are much heavier and have a positive lock in.
