2001 explorer 4.0 engine troubles??????

2001 explorer 4.0 engine troubles??????
Hi guys my mom has a 2001 Explorer with a 4.0 and it has been in the shop more than on the road since she bought it!! It had only 30,000 miles on it and it had a plug foul out in one cylinder she had it replaced then it did it again at 36,000 and again at 45,000 miles! Then it happened again at 60,000 miles along with a head gasket and once more at 70,000 both head gasket and plug! This time they put a set of new heads, gaskets ,all plugs,wires, and coil! Then just this week it happend again at 91,000 miles the head gasket and plug is fouling again! HAS ANYONE EVER HEARD OF THIS PROBLEM???? This is my mom's second Explorer with a 4.0 and the other one she had to replace the whole engine at 99,000 miles and it was a 1994! HELP PLEASE!
