trans temp autometer
I have a 02 psd with 4"exhaust ,scmt and kwik intake and a two pillar pod with a boost and egt I tow a 10000lb fifthwheel My next mod that will be done asap is either a triple pillar with a trans gauge added a trucool tranny cooler or the wicked wheel I have the stock trans gauge but have heard nothing good about it so I think the gauge is the best mod what do you think. My question is where to put the probe that comes with the autometer gauge thanks

Stick it in the test port. Autometer should give you a diagram

I'm not real mechanical, I do stuff, but to save $$$$.
Which tranny temp guage is the simplest and easist to install ?? Do they all have a light that needs wiring in or can I just forget that as I only drive in the day.
