I was reading an ad for the turbonator, which installs in the intake tub I believe and offers up to 31% better mpg. It is also claiming a small amount of horsepower increase. The ad I saw was on here (FTE) and it had a 30 day money back guarantee. It was on sale for $60.
Does anyone have any experience with this part?
Did it work?
Is it really as good as they say it is?
Any info is appreciated....thanks
It may help if you are carburated...but with Fuel injection.....don't waste your money. THe Turbonator and the Tornado is designed to give better air flow to mix better with the fuel. Well if you are injected, then how is the "better" air going to mix?
Complete waste of money. If this actually produced a 31% increase in mileage, then all auto manufacturers would be installing this in their cars to appeal to the consumers. There was an article in Consumer Reports a while back about these devices and NONE of them increased mileage or power.
