help with dizzy identification

help with dizzy identification
Can anyone help to identify my dizzy.There are 2 numbers the 1st 3 letters are difficult to identify but appear to be CGJ-12127-B below this it has 2BB.
below the vacuum unit upside down it has B9AF-12131-B(again the first 2 are hard to read)
I think i have decoded the 2nd as a 1959 but from what i dont know.
Please bear in mind this a 59 f100 styleside with a 272ci. with 4bbl holley and 4 speed on the floor this may or may not be important.
The engine number is ECG 6015 B.
