360 spark plug gap
Dumb Question?........Looking at the shop manual for my 68 360, it says the spark plug gap should be .034........The Chilton guide says .030.......should I split the difference, or is one the correct gap??

their plugs to be gapped at .034"
I think .030 is a typo.

360 spark plug gap
what type of spark plug and ignition setup are you useing?
I run a high out put coil and the hottest plug I can find and gap them at .055
stock I would gap it at .034
