Door Locks, '67-'72

Is it possible to change some part of the locking mechanism in these years so you can lock them from outside like '73 up, by just pushing the button down & closing the door?

I'm curious about this too. One thing I like about them though is that you don;t have to worry about locking your keys in your truck.

Thom as usual you are correct, but I think he was refering to the push button on the inside. I am finding that more of the items on these trucks will swap. It shouldn't cost much to go to a yard and find out. If you bought more pieces you might have those little ones thrown in for free.
