steering wheel not centered

After having my center collar, two lower tie rods replaced and aligned I find my steering wheel about a quarter turn to the right so I am going to try this tomorrow morning. He said he centered it but it's still a bit off and it's a pain to get the truck dropped off and a ride back to work. Does anyone know which way to spin the link to go right or left on the steering wheel?
