I've hardly ever had a problem driving down PINS (Padre Island Natl. Seasore) with the regular street pressures in my 285/75x16 BFG A/T's. With your 37's I highly doubt you'll have any problems at all.
One word, DO NOT DRIVE IN THE DUNES!! Big fines if caught by the Park Service and it totally destroys the dune structure...those dunes protect my town from hurricanes, so please leave 'em be!!
