2006 Fabtech Lift
Does anybody know if the 6" fabtech lift brings the caster back to stock or does it change? I asked because I have a 4" rancho lift that replaces the radius arms and increases the caster from stock 2.6 degrees positve to 5.5 degrees positive,and All the other settings are stock. The truck steers harder and wants to drift more to the angle of the road. I swapped tires around with no change.The alignment guys say its fine besides the increase in caster which is equal on both sides. I drove a 06 today that had a fabtech 6" lift with the same wheels and tires as mine and it drove way better then mine. It steered easier and the drift was lighter. I assume that the caster is returned back to stock on the fabtech but I dont know for sure. That would be the only thing different that it had less caster then mine.

I am not sure about the fabtech kit - but you should be able to get different bushings made up to reduce the castor with your current kit.
Ford even sells some. (can't remember the part numbers though)
