Problems seems to arise when I'm using the Air Conditioning. When traveling at 55mph with the air on everything is working just fine until you go up a small incline and I mean small, the air stops coming out the Vent and then starts coming out the Defrost. Seems the only way to correct the situation is to let off the gas and then the Air comes back out the Vents. So this seems to happen when the truck is under a very very Minor load.
I have brought it in to several places and they have all done Vacuum tests and there are no leaks found. The truck is in the shop now and they performed the Smoke test for the Vacuum lines and nothing was found to be leaking.
Not sure what else to do. Anybody have any ideas.

Check the vacuum line right up all the way in the passenger side corner... you can check the diagram under the hood to see... It is a very common hose to crack just a tad, and it will create what your talking about. it connects to a positioner thing right above what i believe is the blower.
Thanks for your reply.
Is it possible that it could have been over looked when they did the smoke test in the lines. Is it a hard hose to see? Is it above or behind the blower motor?
Its above it, mine's white, its all the way in the top passenger side corner. you can see it very easily without moving anything. its the highest and the most in the corner theing over there. I've had both my f150s break right there and the first time they missed it because sometimes it worked ok, sometimes it didn't. It sounds alot like what you have.
