'68 paint source-lunar green

my dupont centari dealer says he cannot match the two tone turquoise/white 68 ranger color - help- i used dupont primer and want to use dupont acrylic enamel--thanks in advance- swampy,

Tahoe Turquoise.

I don't remember a lunar green.

Have you tried a NAPA paint store yet?
Also,What is the colour code on the data plate?

Hey Swampy,

My '68 is Lunar Green (Data plate, 'U'). Here are the codes:

PPG Paint Code, 43577;
NAPA mix number: 99-1721 00(L)

I went to NAPA and got a spray bomb and it matched exactly.

Lunar Green is also known as Medium Green. 1967/69 COLOR code on the Warranty Plate is U .. Ford basic part number for this color is 2097.
