Wickked wheel
Is there more than 1 maker of the wicked wheel, if so are there any to stay away from and how bad are they to change just the wheel, and do I have to change anything else besides the wheel? Thanks

Your welcome! Your going to love the whistle. Pull that I/C insulation wrap off the drivers pipe and it'll really scream.

I just played with my turbo (don't want to say fooled around) and here is the picture of it. Do I have wicked wheel already? I am checking it, because I am a bit disappointed with turbo lag, that holds the power till about 2300 rpm, like I mentioned in another thread.
That turbo doesn't look, like 194,000 miles turbo, what you say?

The wicked wheel or the Banks wheel the blades are alternating large then small. That is the best way to tell. I couldnt really see by the picture. Just look at the wheel. If they are alternated large then small then you have it if they are all large it is the stock wheel.

Those are large and small blades.
Now what you mean by whistle? I can't hear any in normal conditions, but few times and only few times it happened, that engine made some high-pitch noise for about 15 seconds. From what I was able to notice it usually happened going downhill, with gas pedal off. I am still trying to figure out if there is something wrong with my turbo valves, but so far was able to check that turbo turns about 12 seconds after engine shut down from idle, what is good, right?
