Sirius in-dash UNIT?

Sirius in-dash UNIT?
Does someone make an ALL IN ONE in-dash until that replaces the entire stereo?
I want it to do FM/AM/CD/MP3/SIRIUS
I don't want to have to buy a seperate Sirius unit and do the LINE-IN or FM Tuner deal with all the wires in the way, etc.
If so I'd love the links.
Not interested in XM, because I already have Sirius service for the family else where.

Also check with Circuit City. I'm looking at doing the same thing next month and found five stereos there this week that will do what you're after. Best Buy and/or the other big box stores probably carry them as well - but I only checked with CC.
The prices I saw ranged from $129.00 to over $300.00. Also, even though you're buying the "all-in-one" unit - you'll still have to buy an additional Sirius antenna/receiver for about $89.00. It's a small box a little larger than a deck of cards that you'll have to mount permanently somewhere in the truck. It plugs into the back of the stereo when you install it, then you run the antenna wire out to the roof. My truck has a sliding rear window so I run the antenna wire out that and up to the roof. My camper shell helps to keep everything hidden.
I'm going to keep my portable Sirius unit for my Jeeps and just purchase another subscription - I think it runs $6.95 a month for extra subs.
All total, going with a mid-level stereo, the antenna box, and the installation hardware - it came to a little over $300.00.
