[font color=red size=2]Is it always blowing out in the same spot? If it is then there is a problem.
If it's blowing between the manifold and the head, then the manifold could be warped, pull it off and put a straight edge over it. If it's warped it will have to be machined smooth.
If it's the donut gasket, then the pipe could be cocked or one of the studs broken off.
If you have headers then you might need better quality gaskets, this is a common problem with headers.
