Yes, it's sad, but Meguiars didn't do well this time. On the other hand CP liked them best in 1996. Same product. They judged for different kinds of properties this time.

Keep in mind that Meguiars has many lines of products and CP only looks at the consumer line. They also have the Mirror Glaze (professional) line, Detailer line, Body Shop line and even a Furniture line (very old - they started in business there).
