Rocker Arm torque specs

Ok I thought my grandpa had said something about tighten them and then give them a good 3/4 turn but it didnt seem right to me but after javi explained that they are essentially self correcting it makes sense. When I first did it I did it all from sight and got them pretty much even and it ran just fine over here. It sounded like I had a valve leak sort of but I did have an impacted valve that I replaced and I had no time to get it grinded so I put it in anyway just to get it moved before it got towed.
Well thanks for all the information. I will probably take it out for a spin today to get some free mulch and see how she runs.
