Aviator?

Howdy folks. Not sure if this belongs here, but I saw a Lincoln Aviator going down the road today. Can't say I've ever in my life heard of one. I've heard of the Navigator, but never an Aviator. Maybe I've been living under a rock? Whats the deal here? When it passed me on the highway it sounded as if it had a super or turbo charger whistling. Anyone got an idea here?
