Brake question

I have only had my 2001 EB Expedition for a little over a month, but only noticed this sound the past few days. When applying brake, when I release the brake pedal, it makes a "whoosh" sound, kindof like air being passed, like I said it may have been there all along but just now noticing it. Normal?
btw, brakes work fine, no vibe/shake/fade etc.

Mine does the same, that is the sound of the brake booseter relieving the pressure. It is normal.
