Due to vandalism, the breaking of all my back windows I built a fastback style soft top. Just wondering if any one else has done this? If so please put up pictures, I will as soon as my camera batteries get charged again.
I have seen one a few years ago, and it looked like it might have been an aftermarket deal, not a homemade unit. But I would be interested in seeing the pictures of yours as soon as you post them...always looking for new ideas to try on my 89.
Mike
I don't recall anyone saying that a fastback would prevent breaking and entering. I said that due to breaking and entering I had reason to build said fastback. My artillary will prevent breaking and entry as long as it is home with me.
I looked into the Skyler style but have 2 kids that need to use the back seat that does not work so well. Had my top made at an apolsry shop I am sure they could do it with rails if you were willing to pay. A few holes do not bother me with all the other body damage that I seem to find (rocks, trees etc.)
