85 ranger seats interchange ??

Do you have buckets, or a bench? Being that it is an 85, most likely a bench, that kind of limits the availability for a direct swap. To do buckets with alittle fab work, drilling and such, the posabilities are endless.

Actually the only limitation to what you can use is determined by the tape measure and how much effort you want to expend. The leather Nissan seats in my Ranger are bigger than the originals and are mounted differently, but I made some adapters to mount them, patched the Ranger pretensioners to them and filled the space in between with an arm rest from a Corolla.

Dono, you put jap seats in your truck? Just kidding! thats a great swap, I was hoping someone would give some advice who has done a seat swap. All I've done is swap around some buckets in the past, and thats a no brainer. Like you say, with a tape, and some tools, the sky's the limit.
