Instrument Panel Fuse??
I removed the Instrument Cluster on my 1970 F-250. Before I removed it the gauges were working fine. After putting it back in now the gauges do not work. Only the speedometer and the lights work.
With the key on ACC or ON I used a Test Light on the Fuse Panel and found that the Instr. Panel fuse will not light, either end of the fuse. All other fuses light up.
Flipped the Fuse Panel over and checked both wires attached to the Instr. Panel with the Test Light and both wires are dead and will not light up.
I have the Instrument Panel currently removed again and have checked all the wire connections and it seems that I have everything connected. Is there a connection somewhere that I have over looked that is not letting power to the Fuse Panel now.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

The problem is they are all hot "except" the one that powers up the 2 AMP Instrument Panel fuse. With the key ON shouldn't this contact be hot also?
