Harley edition

Are the 2006 Harley Davidson edition flames painted on or stickers from the factory? The ads say clearcoated...but hard to imagine they hand paint each one...?

They are painted. There are a number of places where the advertising folks draw attention to the "wet-on-wet paint process".
