The 6.0 is different when it comes to fuse locations at times. The trailer battery charge relay and the fuse that goes with it are in the Central Junction box, which is located underneath the driver's side dashboard. You need to remove the panel right below the steering column. It comes out nice and easy with four quarter-turn fasteners.
The Battery Charge Circuit for trucks with trailer tow is handled by Fuse #115, and it's rated at 20A.
The trailer tow battery charge relay will be listed as Relay # 305. Those locations will be detailed on an etching on the big black cover for the box.
The battery charge circuit is only active when you've got your key on. That is a safety measure to stop people from running their truck batteries dead if they're hooked up to a Travel Trailer.
My truck came with the relay and fuse in a bag in the glove box. You should verify that they are installed. If they aren't, and they aren't in the glove box, then you'll have to buy them. If they are installed, check the fuse, or replace the relay.
