Dash Trim Removal

Hey Fellow FTE'rs,

Has anyone removed the trim from their radio/ac? I've been looking for screws that can be removed so I can access the radio area but can't seem to locate it. Are these clips that snap on to the main dash? I have the floor shifter with electronic ac.
If you know how this can be done, please post. Your help would be greatly appreciated!!!
I know I need to get the Haynes Manual but out here in Hawaii it's pretty tough.

Aloha

I knew there were some "Backyard Mechanix" in the house. I'll give it a shot!

Thank you!

Kaerch,

Took your advice and it worked like a charm! at first it was a little scary but once the first two popped on the bottom the others just follow suit. then the ashtray was exposed and two set screws to removed.

Cool!!! Got the bezel and ashtray out and after a little fine sanding. Its got a fresh coat of Black Pearl on it and it is niiiiiice!

Thank you for the support
