New member's first post.
I'm new to this site so here's my intro. I've got a 55 F100 w/239. Been working on it for over 10 years. Going all stock from the ground up. Learning as I go. Don't know nuthing bout engines internal workings. Cab and frame are all done and painted original Banner Blue. 239 was running all right but needs overhaul. bearings were showing the copper in several places. picked up a 272 recently overhauled but it appears its from a sedan as the front mount is not from a truck. Any ideas about changing the mount so it fits? I love them old 53-56 fords!

Welcome to FTE Frogmun. Check out the 48-60 forum on this site. Great bunch of guys and a ton of knowledge about our old trucks. I also have a 55, not stock but there's plenty of them around.
