Your best bet is to measure the existing cylinder bore diameter to see what you've got now, then go to a machine shop and have the cylinder walls sonic tested. That way you'll know exactly how thick the cylinder walls are.
Lot's of 64 blocks have the crossbolt bosses cast into them. As Kurt said could be a 427, 390, 352 or 330 block. Also 406 service blocks used the same casting number. Try the drill bit test on the cyl wall cores.
