trans problem help!
Here we go again, 44,000 miles and transmision #3 from Ford is leaking fluid out the front (only) after it warms up, not when its cold. I have alot of mods on the truck, so I don't know it they will warranty it. Trans acts okay other then that. Any ideas?

Puking out the front seal. A really inexpensive piece, lots of labor to install.
The first time you saw this was it from backing a heavy load or up a steep grade? in otherwords in reverse under high load?
The front seal failing is not uncommon.

No I dont have a trans temp gauge but felt the fluid coming out and it was not hot.I also notice that it doesnt leak much at freeway speeds mostly in town and when you stop and the gauge on the dash never changes.
